This website is intended to provide information on products, services, activities and sectors wherein the MECALUX entity or its corporate group are involved. Similarly, it can enable products to be purchased electronically, the subscription to MECALUX publications, as well as access via hypertext links to websites of other entities.
The user must carefully and thoroughly read the conditions of this website every time they decide to access it, as said conditions may be subject to change.
The contents that can be viewed are aimed at individuals and/or companies that are interested in the products and services that MECALUX offers. Accounts, passwords and security

User access to applications
MECALUX makes available to its clients and partners access to applications with different purposes with the main purpose of giving the client the information of its orders in an accessible and easy form. In this case, the client is not authorized to use the application for any other purpose. (hereinafter, Application or Applications).
Where necessary MECALUX may state specific requirements to use the Application and modify them at any time, and may regularly update them without previous communication.
MECALUX shall not be liable for the veracity, accuracy nor suitability of the information provided in the Applications.
The Applications are granted to be used exclusively by the authorized users. For this purpose “Authorized Users” means users designated by MECALUX´s clients, suppliers and partners duly approved/authorized by MECALUX.
The use of the Applications by a person other than an Authorized User is forbidden, MECALUX shall not be liable for such breach.
MECALUX may deliver for the use of the Applications a user name and a password. The Authorized User shall modify the initial password in order to begin to use the Application.
Each user name shall be granted for a single user and for a period of one (1) year. Notwithstanding the preceding, MECALUX may modify the term of the user name at any time.
MECALUX´s clients and partners are responsible to communicate immediately to MECALUX the cancellation of the Authorized Users. MECALUX may cancel the access to the Authorized Users at any time.
MECALUX´s clients and partners shall also be responsible for any and all acts in breach of the aforesaid obligations which may be committed by any Authorized User, employee or person in its charge, or by third parties, which violate the explicit duty of custody.
MECALUX´s clients and partners shall take care of the confidentiality and security of the user names and passwords and shall be responsible of any and all acts in breach of the aforesaid obligations which may be committed by any employee or person in its charge, or by third parties, which in some way may have been able to infringe the explicit duty of custody and care.
MECALUX may, if necessary, temporarily and from time to time, suspend the use of the Applications, in order to update the system or attend to its maintenance, without a prior notice.
MECALUX will do its utmost to maintain the continuity of the access to the Applications. Nevertheless, any type of operation, test, control and/or maintenance will be freely chosen and performed by MECALUX at any time.Top
Waiver of responsibility
This website has been prepared in good faith by MECALUX, S.A. for use by companies of its corporate group with information from internal and external legally obtained sources and offers it in its current state to users and may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.
Under no circumstance shall MECALUX, S.A. nor the companies of its corporate group be responsible for any direct and indirect damages arising from:

In order to reduce the risk of viruses on the website, MECALUX, S.A. uses virus detection programmes to control all the contents introduced therein. However, this does not guarantee the absence of a virus nor of other elements introduced by third-parties. Therefore, under no circumstance shall MECALUX or the companies of its corporate group be responsible for any damages of any kind that may arise from the presence of a virus or other elements that may cause alterations in the system or files of the user.
In any case, MECALUX or the companies of its corporate group shall not be liable in the event that unauthorised third-parties carry out by any means the reproduction, modification, copying, use, distribution, sale, public communication or any other use of images or audio-visual productions of their clients and of its industrial and intellectual property that may appear on the website.
